[bdbxml] Java native libs in Windows

Hi

I spent ages trying to work out why java.library.path wasn't picking  
up the dbxml native libs in Windows (I normally use Mac OS X),  
finally realised that what's in the lib directory is the static  
libraries (obvious, I know) - the dynamic libs are in the bin  
directory. Ooops.

Might be worth putting an FAQ to make it blindingly obvious for  
idiots like me, or maybe putting the dll's in the lib directory too?
