Refresh Maxdb instance

Hi All,
Can you take a backup on a LC target with the name of LCQ and restore to
a different machine (same machine type etc..) with a LC target name of
LCC? I am getting an I/O error from header page. I am uncertain how to
accomplish this step. Are there any good docs on how to accomplish this?
