Configuration changes crashed Database

Hello Everbody !

I need more power for my production database.

For testing I have a 7.6.00.34 database with default configuration on an suse linux system with 8 giga ram

Now I changed some parameters

Cache_size = 600000

Cache_cat_supply = 60000

Maxcpu = 2

 

Ok ! database is running !

Now i want to increase the max usertasks to 500

up to 310 user everything is ok, with 320 user ths database crashed !

In knldiag.err i found:

malloc error failed to allocate TRACE space

please check critical database parameters

MAXUSERTASKS,MAXSERVERTASKS,CACHE_SIZE,TRACE_PAGES_...

 

MAXSERVERTASKS = 134, but increasing this value gives me another crash

 

What is the relation between MAXUSERTASKS, MAXSERVERTASKS,CACHE_SIZE,TRACE_PAGES_... ???

Do i need special a linux configuration

  

I need the configuration parameters for 500 users
