McKoi, Netbeans 4.1 and CMP entity beans

I have been using McKoi for quite some time for web applikations developed in the Netbeans IDE and deployed to Tomcat. With the release of Netbeans 4.1 EA2 with Sun's application server 8.1 I was curious to try McKoi with J2EE. Here I have some problems deploying my small test application with a single CMP entity bean mapping a 2 column table (one column with primary key constraint). My guess is that the index on the primary key is "invisible" outside McKoi, as I can't see the index in the database browser, or find any index information in SYS_JDBC views. The configuration information to the application server may then miss this information. Is there any known limitation in using McKoi with J2EE.
