I thought so, as that is what is written in the documentation. But I
can't make it work... 

Would anybody have tried "COMPACT TABLE" with BLOB or any other type? Am
I the only one to have this problem?

I'm using Mckoi under Linux Fedora Core 3... If it can be of any help.
