I get this error when trying to insert a long piece of text into a longvarchar field. This seems to be a new problem because I already have a record in the same table and was copying it to another record when I got the error. Any ideas and what is wrong or how I got the record inserted in the first place. I was under the impression than longvarchar has a limit of around 1 billion characters, did I misunderstand something ?
