Oops, applied the patch but missed the commit.  Doh!  I know Steve
from way back on the FreeTDS list.

I had to remove the parser.[hc] files from my setup as well.  I'm
looking into that.  I agree about removing them from the repo, but
that only solves the problem the first time you make.
