Just to remember that this build on windows using cygwin requires GPL
license ( compiled against cygwin1.dll ).
If you intend to use it on a commercial software that is not granted by the
cygwin license. Well, that was what I understood from the text.
Now I remembered why was trying to build it on msys inspite of cygwin.

I needed also to install some cygwin packages to get some additional dlls:
pcre, glib, iconv, intl.
But I think if you use the package manager from cygwin it will download all
this dependencies.
