Summary: #include <config.h> in mdbtools.h breaks lib usage

Initial Comment:
When including mdbtools.h into projects that use
libmdb compile fails since CVS rev 1.65 due to the
addition of "#include <config.h>" as there's not
neccesarily a config.h in the include path of 3rd
party projects

(found when trying to build
  http://pecl.php.net/package/mdbtools
with latest MDB Tools CVS)
