I have tested 3.51.11-1 with Access 2003 without any problems, also I assume that you did a fresh install of Connector/ODBC without any previous version installed. Anyway I ask you for to open a bug report at: http://bugs.mysql.com preferably with a test case or with more detailed description when using Access (I don't have MSSQL and Oracle for test).
