[bug 9763] Test rpl_rotate_logs

The answer received from bug 11083 was so fast that, the missing one
from bug 9763, let me think it has been lost because it's closed bug.

That bug is reproducible here, the diff to t/rpl_rotate_logs.test was
limited to
---error 1105,1105,29
+--error 1201,1105,29

If it's not the case accept my apologies in advance.
