Please when reporting bugs use our Bug DB:

However you need to report the issue with a repeatable test case. What
I saw here is that the server did several shutdowns and forcing the close
of the clients still connected when the shutdown command was done.
Also you need to verify if the server is killed before to complete
the clean-up during the shutdown and for this reason InnoDB does
the recovery.
