MySQL 5.7 build from source on windows

I am trying to build mysql 5.7.9 on windows using Visual Studio
however following build command fails as there is no such project
named "initial_database"

devenv MySQL.sln /build RelWithDebInfo /project initial_database


Is there any alternative approach to generate initial database for MySQL 5.7?
