FYI, have tried following settings, but it did not help:

innodb_stats_auto_recalc=0
innodb_file_per_table=0
innodb_stats_persistent=0

I have recreated my database after restarting the server.

Server version: 8.0.4-rc-log MySQL Community Server (GPL)
