passphrase keys startup

Hello all,

The rc-script has been fixed and can start up the system even when ssh's 
private key is protected with a passphrase.
I had to change the entry point for the cluster for this too 
(configurator.sh), so I'm taking a full week of testing before I make
another release.

However, the next one will probably be rc-1.

I also need to update the documentation since I've changed 
configurator.sh to make it use getopts for command line arguments (it
was growing ugly with the latest changes and it sure feels better now, 
and I, for one, find it more readable now).

In the meantime, you can check out the svn trunk if you want to do some 
testing.
