No official ETA, but we're hoping to get 5.1.13 out "soon".

You're right that there's been a lot of changes with respect to 
load-balancing.  This covers some significant fixes as well as some new 
functionality.  If you are curious about the latter, you might check out

The nightly shapshot builds (http://downloads.mysql.com/snapshots.php) 
already have this.  You may be referencing this, but just want to point
