I have a clean Fedora Core 3 and MySQL 4.1.

I dowloaded both mysql-adminisatrator-1.0.16 (rpm) and
mysql-query-browser-1.1.2. I solved the dependency problems (libgtkmm and
libsigc).

Running Administrator was rewarded with the connection dialogue, filling
this out and clicking connect resulted in a segmentation violation. Running
it the second time resulted in an immediate segmentation violation. If I
delete .mysqlgui from $HOME, I get the connection dialogue back the first
time again, but with the same result - segmentation violation.

The same problem occurs with Query Browser. I know the MySQL installation is
working well, and my connection data is OK because I can interact with it
via phpMyAdmin-2.5.6.

I had both Administrator and Query Browser running on Fedora Core 1, they
are really useful programs, and I would be very grateful for any help you
could suggest to get them running on Core 3.

Many thanks

Don
