Hi Christian,

Could you file a bug report for the display bug on 
http://bugs.mysql.com/ and upload a screenshot so we can "see" what is 
wrong with it? A picture usually says more than thousand words...

To get QB to show up in the Tray Monitor, please check if there are 
still some old Registry Keys for Query Browser 1.0. These have to be 
removed or the Tray Monitor will not see the Query Browser 1.1.

Press Windows Key + R and type regedit. Then delete the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MySQL AB\MySQL Query Browser 1.0

This should do the trick.
