Number of Rows show incorrectly

Hi All,
I use MySQL 4.1.10, MySQL Administrator 1.0.19 and MySQL Query Browser
1.1.5. I have problem every time I click the Refresh Button the number
of rows is changed and only a few time it show the correct number.
This happen even though the table have a primary key. Can anyone
explain this?
