Database not found in Control Center

 
Hello all, I have a problem for several months that I can not fix. 
 
I have two databases running under localhost in MySQL Control Center, Test
and ValleyRVParts. Whenever I add a new database, it works fine, but when I
close down the Control Center and open it again, it gives me an error
message that the database is not found. Also, I can not DELETE the test
database even though it is empty. 
 
Does anyone know what is going on with Control Center?
