RE: Error wile fetch user informaiton

 
  I've reinstalled MySQL Server 4.1; I was using the older versions still.
(Thanks Cliff for the advice) I got my database files moved from the old
directory to the new, and its back in there. Now I have two major problems.
 
All applications I had running are down because users are gone. On top of
that, I can not add any users. I have only 'root' right now and I get the
following error whenever I try to look at root. Also, root can not be used
as a log in for my PHP/SQL scripts.
 
Error while fetch user information.
 
MySQL Error Number 1
Can't create/write to file 'c:\temp\#sql_17d8_0.MYI' (Errcode: 2)
 
Does any one know what I can do about this? I like the GUI a lot but this
thing just isn't working.
