Can't Write To Table

I'm having table issues.

I restored a table using the Administrator, and now I can't edit it!  
Actually, I restored several tables in one schema, and the others are working 
perfectly, but this one ain't!

I attached most of the generated SQL below, in case it might help anyone.  I 
sure am confused.

I can't include the rest of it because the information is sensitive.  But, 
hopefully this will tell someone something.  I really need to be able to edit 
this table.

I can Query the table, and it is there, but if ANY program tries to edit the 
contents of the table, it gets an error.
