To solve the problem:
1) Install all the packages required by MySQL-admin. You can see at
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/administrator/en/mysql-gui-install-source-linux-prerequisites.html
2) Search and download packages from http://www.linuxpackages.net/
3) Now, you need libstdc++.so.6.
Go to http://rpmfind.net, search for libstdc++.so.6 an download the RPM Fedora
3 for i386 called libstdc++-3.4.2-6.fc3.i386.rpm
4) Compile a .tgz file with rpm2tgz libstdc++-3.4.2-6.fc3.i386.rpm
5) Install the .tgz package with installpkg command
6) Start mysql-adminstrator command and it works! (I hope for you)
