I also found an alternate version of source for the MySQL
pref pane by Aaron Faby, which is available via a tiny
source code download link on the following page ...

P.S. Somewhere in there he also provides
a pref pane (w/ source) for Apache.

Try the source tar.gz for MySQL Administrator, the sources for
the prefPane are in mysql-administrator/source/mac/PreferencePane
