Open the command line program. In there type "cd /path/to/MySQL Administrator/bin". That path I don't know what is, but you probably can get it from an explorer. Use the command "ls -l" to find the executable program, which should have an x in the first columns. To run it, type something like "./admin", where admin is the name of the executable.
