MySQL Administrator v1.1.3 Restore

Hello, I recently upgraded to v1.1.3 of the Administrator from v1.0.x. I have a backup of data made in the v1.0.x that restores fine. When I make a backup in the 1.1.3 version and try to restore in same version, it analyzes approximately 4MB of a 70MB file, stops and after about a minute says that the analysis is complete and does not restore any data. For a backup I accept the default settings but also select Complete Backup. Are there some log files I can check to help isolate the problem? Any help would be appreciated.
