DAO CRUD Creator for MySQL and PHP?

Hi,

I am relatively new to MySQL and want get the group's recommendations on a
wizards or tools that will allow me to quickly create a set of PHP pages
that can interact with a group of related tables.  I know I can do simple
data entry using MySQL Admin but I am looking for a generator that can
accomplish this task in a nice way.

-Foreign key support would be a big plus.
-PHP DAO creation would be nice.
-Freeware or shareware preferred but I'd buy something that's worth it.

I am using Windows XP.
