foreign key creation on MyISAM storage engine

Hi all,
 
has anyone experienced any problems creating foreign keys (relationships) on
tables that are of storage engine MyISAM?
 
I can't seem to be able to create any relationships on those tables in MySQL
Administrator 1.1.8
 
Any help would be much appreciated.
