Compiling mysql query browser on win32

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to understand what i need to compile this for a few days. 
  The documentation in the manual is very limited to say the least.  
basically i just want to be able to compile mysql query browser to start 
with the rest can wait one step at a time :)

its taken me 4 hours alone searching on line just to find the libxml-2 for 
win32.  now i cant even find a strait link to where mysql client libraries 
(4.0 or newer, 5.0 prefered) is on the mysql site.

i have visual studio 2005 and Delphi 7 installed i have cloned 
mysql-administrator, mysql-gui-common, and mysql-query-browser.

i have never used Delphi before but have used visual studio.   So does 
anyone out there have the time to give me some direction in where to find 
these lib's i need and how to compile this with a little more info then what 
is available in the documentation.
