No timestampupdate in Query Browser

Hi List! I have added to my mysql-database-table a field, in which the date of the last change of the values is entered. Therefore I use the type "timestamp". Via phpmyadmin the dataset includes the new date, when I change something in it. In Query Browser entered something via the edit-function, the date does not change. Bug or feature? My system: WinXP SP 2, MySQL 5.0.24a-community-nt, QB 1.1.20 Please post the answers via cc directly to me, as I have no longer subscribed the list.
