Hi, I use Workbench more and more these days but unfortunately the new version won't install on my PC. I go through the wizard to the page after you choose a complete or custom install, then the Windows Data Execution Protection (DEP) kicks in and closes the installer. 5.0.24 installed just fine on this same machine a few weeks ago. DEP is set to "turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" which is actually a low-security setting. I'm guessing the Windows installer is classed as an "essential" Windows program. Any ideas? This is using Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium SP1 on an Athlon-64 PC. Thanks, Andy PS. I also agree with other people's comments that's it time for an update to the GUI Tools (Administrator and Query Browser etc.) You have a couple of good tools here; Workbench is great for sure, but I don't think it should be the sole focus.
