Pleased to here it - - -  also heard there might be some work coming forward.
 
 
I must admit, I use Windows, but I prefer to work on Linux (FC6). The GUI tools will hopefully be released on all the platforms. My personal experience of MySQL on Win32 was not good. I don't for one second think this was a MySQL issue, but on Linux it is just far superior. Also you can run it all on a much older machine.
 
In my mind now after running MySQL on both Win32 and Linux, Linux is the way forward. Having the tools only on Windows would not be ideal... they would be better developed on both platforms.
