How are you defining "high priority" here?

In particular, bug #27095, which causes a hang/crash of MA, depending on 
platform, has affected at least two customers, one of which has been 
waiting a year and a half for a fix (and the other for nearly a year), 
would seem to be a good candidate for some kind of attention. What are 
we to do with bugs like this, and what should we be telling customers?

If these tools are still being maintained, which seems to be the case 
based on these recent releases, what do we need to do to escalate 
customer-affecting bugs?

On top of that, are there any plans to release new builds of any of 
these tools for Linux or Mac?
