Unable to connect mySQL from a remote machine

Hi,

I installed MySQL driver 3.51 on my local machine and tested 
successfully to connect to our new helpdesk system.
However, I am unable to connect to the same database from other PC.
The error message is " *Request returned with SQL_ERROR*."

And the details found from the diagnostics is *"Host 'XYBASE SABA" is 
not allowed to connect to this MySQL Server*".

For your information, 'XYBASE SABA' is the remote machine name.

Please advice.
