Dear Friends

I have a irritating problem  with mySQL installation.
I use 
Delphi 6
odcb 3.51
and
mySQL 5.1.12
When I try to store floatingpoint variable from Delphi they are truncated.
I don't know what is the cause to the problem.
I have tried nearly every solution. Nothing help. Can you help me?
