Hi Dave, That sounds initially like a permissions issue. Have you checked that the user you're connecting with has the relevant permission on the test databases? You can check that out easily enough using the MySQL Administrator GUI tool or using the command-line syntax: SHOW GRANTS FOR myusername@'%' Post back if that's no good. Al -----Original Message----- From: D Finn [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 27 January 2009 07:18 To: [email protected] Subject: Information_schema is the only DB listed in Connector drop-down I've created several test databases, and they show up when I use the "show databases" command in the "MySQL command line client" window. When I try to create an ODBC connection to any of them, the only database that shows up in the database drop-down (in the MySQL Connector/ODBC window) is the Information_schema database. These are local databases, and I enter the computername as the server. Any thoughts? Thanks, Dave _________________________________________________________________ Windows LiveT: E-mail. Chat. Share.
