I've only been half-following this but Vista 64 bit does not work immediately with MySQL ODBC data sources. You have to do this to get it to work: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=25259 Regards, John Doolan, MCTS (Windows Applications) Software Development Manager Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner e-mail: [email protected] Minerva Computer Services, Orchard House, Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 3AX. www.minervacomputers.com Registered in Great Britain. Since it doesn't seem like I am going to get the ODBC driver working, could you please give me some advice on how I can use an OCX for direct connection to the database? I am not even sure what an OCX is. Thank you for all the help.
