Error with 'character_set_results'

Hi there,

I'm testing ODBC 5.1. to connect to a server with 4.0. While defining ODBC Source and testing, it sends message "Connection Failed: [HY000][MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver]Unknown system variable 'character_set_results'". What should I do in order to fix it? Should I declare variable on O.S. or somewhere else?
