Igor,

Unfortunately, I cannot send you the package for OSX 10.8 because I do 
not have one. Also, we do not have any build machines with this version 
of OSX because it has been EOLed.

I am aware the 10.8 build is not on the archive pages. This is so 
because of a long period of time between MyODBC version 5.3.4 and 5.3.6.
Note the version 5.3.5 was never published.

As I mentioned before, in this situation is better to use the tar.gz 
package and install/uninstall the driver through myodbc-installer 
command line tool.

The MyODBC version 5.3.6 was built against UnixODBC 2.3.2.
Therefore, for better compatibility it is recommended to have UnixODBC 
2.3.2 installed in your system.
