Igor,

Unfortuntely, no...
We probably had it as a night build ~2 years ago, but it was purged 
after a while, surely it didn't last that long to make it till now.
Only the release versions are retained.

No, but it has the myodbc-installer utility, which gives you the usage 
example when you run it without parameters. It can install/uninstall the 
driver, create DSN etc.

I am afraid this is not even an option because OSX 10.8 machines are 
either retired or upgraded to the newer versions.
