MySQL with CMake is tested on OSes that have lib64 and on those that have not, on HPUX and AIX , on OSX , FreeBSD, and on Windows, and sure it was tested in different Linuxes, and for some hardware combinations. We did not find anything suspicious, it built on every platform , including rare ones like OS400.
