Problem with DBI-1.45

Hi, I have just installed DBI-1.45 but when I run a
Perl
program to connect to MySQL I've got this errror

install_driver(mysql) failed: Can't locate
DBD/mysql.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3/i586-linux-thread-multi
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/i586-linux-thread-multi
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3

/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3/i586-linux-thread-multi

Perhaps the DBD::mysql perl module hasn't been fully
installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'mysql' isn't right.
Available drivers: DBM, ExampleP, File, Proxy, Sponge.

Seeing the above error, I think I miss DBD so I also
downloaded DBD. But when I try to do perl Makefile.PL 
I've got this error 

Can't exec "mysql_config": No such file or directory
at Makefile.PL line 174.

Failed to determine directory of mysql.h. Use

  perl Makefile.PL --cflags=-I<dir>

to set this directory. For details see the

Does anyone know what's going on?
