Need help

I am working on getting data from a DBF and saving it on a CSV file and then
putting it on MySql

The program work great when it is only one but now I need to make the
program go look to a CSV file 

And get from there the filenames this is the CSV file :

 

1458,juan armando,1458DATA,[email protected]

2500,Armando Guajardo,2500DATA,[email protected]

3500,AAA,3500DATA,[email protected]

3700,Armando Juan ,3700DATA,[email protected]

4500,padawan,4500DATA,[email protected]

 

The filename is the 3rd Column

 So I try to get them by an array 

 

my $dbh = DBI->connect("DBI:CSV:f_dir=/Proyecto/")

    my $sth = $dbh->prepare("SELECT * from patentes.csv")

        or die "Cannot prepare: " . $dbh->errstr();

but it give me an error message like this

DBD::CSV::db do failed: Can't call method "fetchrow_array" on unblessed
