Need a DBD::mysql-4.x for Windows

I'm trying to execute an SP that returns a recordset, and I'm getting an
error about not being able to return a resultset from the current
context ( or something like that ). I've seen this error before when I
had old database drivers. The SP runs and returns a resultset fine when
run on a Linux client, using DBD::mysql-4.005, but there is *no* 4.x
version of the driver available from ActiveState's PPM respository yet,
and I'm not really up to installing a compiler for Windows.

Does anyone know where I can get a PPM package of the current series of
DBD::mysql from?
