So basically you want to call a VBScript from PERL and use it to load 
data into MySQL.

Database ---> VBScript driver --> Perl Script Driver.


I do not think there is any perl mod out there that lets the two talk to 
each other directly?? You might try and search CPAN for it.

You might want try XML like this

Database ---> VBScript driver --> XML --> Perl Script Driver.

Or you can use any other File structure for XML
