Unstable MySQL 3.23.58

Hi!

I have a big problem: I run MySQL 3.23.58 on a Windows Server 2003
about 2 years from now with no problem. But nowadays the service stops
without any reason. In system event log:
"mysql service terminated unexpectedly" Errno: 7031

After the stop the system restarts the service. The MySQL error log is
comletely clean, just the note of the service start appears in it.

Have anyone seen something like this?

I searched Google and Yahoo (and this list's archive) with no success.
