Aborted Connects

I have a 4.0 db with hardly no aborted connections.... however, I have a 4.1 db with lots.  I have the INTERACTIVE_TIMEOUT and WAIT_TIMEOUT set to the same values on both db's.  Does anyone know how to get more information on the timeouts??  Any suggestions to why?
