RE: VERJETNO SPAM: RE: ROOT access denied when altering privileges

Ensure your admin has revoke privileges, and also has the privileges that
you are trying to revoke.

For example, if the admin does NOT have privileges to the database in
question, he will NOT be able to make any changes to the priv's.
