How Configure AWE with W2k3 and mysql5.0.33 (recompiled innobase)

Dear MySQLers, Tried to follow everything in the manuals in order to increase the innodb RAM size, but allas I cannot go over 1.3GB (compared to 1.1GB without AWE, this is only a 10% increase). Is there any other hidden setting that I have to follow in order to increase my innodb RAM size? Machine is P4 3GHz, 4GB.
