oracle 9I installation issue

Hi all the listers,
I am sorry if this gets personal.  I have no choice so I am 
mailing this on the list.
As you all might know from my previous mails, I am from India 
Mumbai city.  I am trying to aquire the oracle 9I software but 
every time I download it from the site I don't get the files in 
the proper condition.  If there is any one from mumbai, Pune or 
nearby on this list, pleas contact me.  I need the oracle cds and 
I am not able to understand the oracle 9I release 2 enterprise 
addition installation.  I had a cd for personal addition and I had 
also installed it.  I tried to get into the scott tiger user 
account but I think there is no such account on the system.  I 
tried the system manager but that too failed.  Please help me 
out.
I also want to know the full installation process of oracle on 
linux.  And by the way is oracle free under linux for programmers 
and for evaluation perpus?  Please let me know what you do and do 
not get in the free download of oracle 9 I.
